The problem

The group needed one trusted asset register across several business units, with proper sign-off for loans, repairs and disposals, and stock takes that didn't take weeks.

What it does

Tracks every IT and office asset across the group's business units, from purchase to disposal. Staff sign in with their Microsoft 365 account; technicians use the mobile app to scan assets during stock takes, and labels are printed straight to Zebra printers.
